Description

Aplomb large is a new lamp that has a different shape and use than the original version, but is made of concrete. In addition to being larger in size, the Aplomb Large features an integrated LED light source built into the body of the lamp and, unlike the original Aplomb version, attracts attention by emitting a wide beam below the surface. Aplomb is handcrafted using a concrete processing process by Italian experts. The challenge at the heart of this project is to achieve thin thicknesses, lightweight shapes and a textured surface that is yet pleasant to the touch. All this has been achieved thanks to meticulous processing and deep knowledge of the raw material; This enabled the creation of a special mixture that is very fluid, especially when poured. Available in three colors – white, gray and brown – it is made with pigments added directly to the material mix, so it can meet different environmental requirements. Aplomb is large, can be placed on a table, kitchen island or countertop, at home or in a public place, and can be used alone or repeatedly in linear compositions.

PRODUCT CARE

Disconnect the lamp from the power source and clean the product with a soft damp cloth soaked in soap or neutral liquid detergent, preferably diluted with water. Strictly avoid using ethyl alcohol or detergents that contain even small amounts of acetone, trichlorethylene and ammonia (common solvents). Make sure the power supply is unplugged during installation and whenever you work on the lamp.

After completing their initial training in the Milan design scene, Paolo Lucidi and Luca Pevere established their own studio in Udine.
