What is an e-Shop? How does it work? What is the difference?

The concept of E-Shop is a virtual Sihir Furniture store established on the internet, unlike other e-commerce sites, which was opened and pioneered to bring Luxury Italian Furniture to the consumer in Turkey. You can contact us, ask your questions and even request a price quote. The e-Shop system works just like our physical store/s. If there is a product that you are curious about, you can ask it live again, examine it and share your thoughts. The only difference of our e-Shop from our physical store(s) is that we can come to your home with one click, without you having to come to us.

Can I shopping without singing up ?

Yes. You can shop without being a member. If you choose to shop without being a member, you will only be asked for the necessary information for billing and delivery as a result of purchasing the product. Can I receive the product I purchased from the store?

Yes. The delivery option of the product you purchased will be the way you want it. As a result of choosing the option of delivery from the store when purchasing the product, that product/s will be carefully stored on your behalf in Sihir Furniture's private warehouse until an appropriate date to be selected.

How can I return the product?

Starting from the delivery date of your order, you can request a refund by contacting the customer service within the 14-day period given to the consumer by law. In order for the product to be returned, it must be unused, unpackaged or damaged for any reason, or not lose its originality. If the product defect is caused by the buyer or the exact time has passed, the return of the product is not accepted.

Doesn't leather keep you warm in the summer and cold in the winter?

Leather is environmentally friendly. It adapts to the temperature of the room or above the body and maintains a feel-good temperature on your skin.

Does the skin crack and peel over time?

No, the leather does not crack or peel over time under normal usage conditions. What can happen is cracking or peeling of the color coating applied to the leather. This is usually repairable.

Should I be worried about small lines or stains on the surface of my newly purchased leather furniture?

Marks such as scars, insect bites, wrinkles and veining are natural features of genuine leather. If you want to choose treated leather, these natural marks will be less noticeable and the colors will be more consistent, but natural leathers may show these natural marks more and their colors may not be exactly the same. The reason for this is that the leather has not been processed and is completely natural. This is an indication of the originality of the leather and should not be seen as a defect. In fact, these marks should be treated as "traces" of genuine and high-quality skin.

I have a pet at home and I don't want my pet to damage the skin with their nails/claws. What can I do?

If you are afraid that your pet will damage the leather, it would be good to choose a leather according to those who keep pets at home. In this case, it would be better to choose treated leather because these leathers are easier to repair. Also, when repairs occur due to the paint coating applied to the treated leather, these repairs are less likely to be noticed than with natural leather.

Why is one leather category more expensive than others?

The main factor that determines the category of leather is the origin of the raw leather. Raw hides come from all over the world and are ordered according to the amount of natural characteristics on them. Leathers with less characteristic features such as scars, scratches, and veins are more expensive because they are rarer. Converting these raw hides into leather suitable for upholstery requires less processing. Raw hides from the Southern Hemisphere are more plentiful and flexible and have more characteristic features. Raw hides from the Northern Hemisphere are less flexible. Leathers arriving in the Southern Hemisphere generally represent the skins to be processed. Generally speaking, the top category leathers come from the Northern Hemisphere. However, raw hides from the Southern Hemisphere are also used in natural leather collections. Natural raw hides, by their nature, have some characteristic features on them and their colors may differ. This is not a flaw.

Why can the prices of leather furniture vary so much?

A very important part of the price of the final product is based on the properties of the leather. As the quality of the leather increases, the price of the final product increases at the same rate. However, there are many other factors that affect pricing: size, style, foot type and stitching details.

How can I protect my leather upholstery?

We recommend wiping leather upholstery with a dry, soft white cloth with a neutral soap diluted with water. We do not recommend putting any fabric softener or chemicals on the sofa. Dusting the sofa and cleaning stains as they occur will keep your sofa looking good for its expected life. Remember that leather is a natural material that can change in appearance as it ages.

Will sunlight affect the color of my sofa?

Leather and fabrics exposed to direct sunlight may fade the color of the products in a long time.

Why does the leather on my sofa stretch even after only a few years?

The skin is elastic and reflects the shape in the use of an area. Just as new shoes need some opening, so does your sofa. This stretch is not a defect, but a quality of natural leather.
