Deliveries of the products you have ordered are carried out free of charge within Istanbul by Sihir Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Deliveries are completed within a maximum of 14 days.

For locations where delivery by Sihir Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is not available, if delivery is arranged through external cargo or transportation companies, the responsibility of Sihir Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ends upon delivery of the product to the contracted company. After this point, Sihir Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. assumes no responsibility. Any third-party companies contracted by the buyer outside the company’s organization are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

You may submit a return request within 14 days starting from the delivery date of your order by contacting customer services. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For a product to be eligible for return, it must be unused, its packaging must be intact, and it must not be damaged for any reason or have lost its originality.

For products affected by shipping-related issues or defects not caused by user error, a damage report (delivery report) must be prepared at the time of delivery. Returns will not be accepted without an official report. If the defect is buyer-related or the specified period has elapsed, the return will not be accepted. For products damaged due to user error, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
