Description

Made in Italy: DesignerMoretti - Savoy

Salad bowl The bowl from the Human collection: It was born as a result of the partnership between the French designer Bruno Moretti and the Michelin-starred chef Guy Savoy. This partnership stems from their shared passion for research, quality materials and cohesive presentation. The salad bowl represents an algebraic curve resembling a flattened leaf or a heart. The graceful lines that open generously to the outside make it possible to organize and present each recipe while respecting the texture and fragility of the ingredients. Its volume allows for a nice and careful mixing of ingredients.

DESIGNER OF THE PRODUCT

Moretti - Savoy

He graduated in fine arts from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Art in Dijon in 1985, and in 1987 he founded the group 18 Août (August 18) with Fabrice Berrux and Pascal Oriol. Moretti develops projects in interior design and architecture. Many of his works relate to "table art": fruit bowls, egg cups, trays, cutlery, utensils and featured in famous exhibitions; some of them fall into the collection of decoratifs at the Musée des Arts in Paris. Her meeting with Guy Savoy in 2012 marks the beginning of a new field of experimentation in table design. This relationship, both intimate and professional, has allowed us to develop several projects that re-imagine our relationship with objects and culinary gestures. Bruno Moretti and Guy Savoy then design a series of "table art" items for the chef's new Paris restaurant, which opened to the public in 2015 at the Hôtel des Monnaies in Paris.
