Description

Jaime Hayon wanted to create a modular system to develop the Arcolor sofa. Designed according to the classical geometry of the arch, the modular system followed the disciplined shape of the arch from the beginning to create a more organic design. The corner module of the sofa serves as a marble coffee table and adds luxury to the design.

PRODUCT CARE

Clean the product with a soft damp cloth, preferably dipped in soap or neutral liquid detergents diluted with water. Strictly avoid using ethyl alcohol or detergents containing even small amounts of acetone, trichloroethylene and ammonia (solvents in general).

Jaime Hayon

Spanish artist-designer Jaime Hayon was born in Madrid in 1974. After studying industrial design in Madrid and Paris, in 1997 he joined Fabrica, the design and communications academy in Italy, which was the foundation of Benetton, where he headed the design department until 2003. Hayon founded her own studio in 2000 and from 2003 has devoted herself entirely to her personal projects. Today he is one of the most admired creators worldwide. Hayon's knowledge and respect for her craftsmanship skills and her inherent creativity have allowed her to push the boundaries of many mediums and functions and create collections for a wide variety of clients. "Best Installation" by Icon Magazine, "Top 100 List" and "Breakthrough Creator" by Wallpaper Magazine, Elle Decor International Award 2006 and 2012, Elle Deco Germany "Best International Designer" 2008, "Best Designer" won numerous awards. 'AD Russia for Elle Decor Japan in 2008' 2009 Designer of the Year, Maison Objet 2010 Designer of the Year. In 2008, Jaime was the guest of honor at Belgium's Interieur Biennale, the youngest person to receive this award. Time magazine included Hayon as one of the 100 most relevant creators of this time, and Wallpaper magazine listed him as one of the most influential creators.
