DESIGNER OF THE PRODUCT

Sakura Adachi

Born in 1977 in Aichi, Japan, Sakura Adachi earned a BA in Industrial and Craft Design from Musashino Art University in Tokyo and an MA in Industrial Design from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. His work “Cave library” was exhibited at a fair in Copenhagen, where the Crown Prince of Denmark visited his stand. He has been living and working in Milan since 2004. Collaborated with some well-known design studios. It has won many awards, including the Red Dot Design Award. He was a lecturer at the Istituto Europeo di Design Milan. Since 2014, he has been teaching Industrial Design at ISIA in Pordenone, Italy.
