Bisel Green Glass Console
For More Information
Description
The Bisel console is made of a special multi-layered, multicoloured crystal material created by laminating five 5 mm extra-clear crystal sheets with films in different colours. In this model, where green tones take centre stage, the interaction of the layers within the material with light creates unique transparency, depth and plays of colour.
Each crystal sheet is cut into special shapes, polished to a perfect shine and given wide bevels to achieve multidirectional light refraction. These bevelled details reveal the material's green gradations, making the console sparkle almost like a jewel.
The pieces are joined using advanced glass-bonding techniques in a completely transparent, traceless way, preserving the console's sculptural look in pure unity. Bisel is an elegant collection piece reflecting both modern glass craftsmanship and Patricia Urquiola's original design language.
