PRODUCT CARE

Alessandro Mendini

Alessandro Mendini was born in Milan in 1931. He was editor of Casabella, Modo and Domus. He was awarded the "Compasso d'Oro" award. Among his most important works were the Groninger Groningen Museum, Arosa Casino and the Omegna Forum. He reinvented the image of Alessi, of which he was a meta-project consultant. He has worked as a designer, architect and image consultant for companies such as Philips, Swarovski, Swatch and Bisazza. He died on February 18, 2019.
