Anita Dineen designed the cheese knife Antechinus. Its lines are reminiscent of both the stylized forms of a slice of cheese and the shapes of a little mouse intent on savoring its favorite food. The curve provides a sensual grip, giving the blade a balanced and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The Antechinus can stand on its blade and does not need any support: the blade is sharpened on both sides, making it also suitable for use as a cheese cutter for mature cheeses. Antechinus is a small mouse native to Australia.
