Description

The design of the Sculpt Stool is inspired by the Brutalism architecture that emerged in the 1950s. Remaining faithful to the concrete structural elements and simplified block-like structure of this movement, the stool is cast from lightweight fiber concrete and hand-painted to give its surface a unique texture.

Material: Fiber Concrete
Inspired by the Brutalism architecture movement of the mid-20th century, fibre concrete has become the signature material of the 101 Copenhagen furniture collection. The texture of the concrete creates a subtle balance between sharp architectural lines and soft organic curves, emphasising sculptural shapes. Cast from lightweight fibre concrete, each product gains a unique tactile surface with small irregularities and nuances. The surface is then coated to create a strong and durable product. Finally, the product is brush-painted twice to achieve a layered, brushed colour.

PRODUCT CARE

It is recommended to use a pH zero (neutral) and alcohol-free cloth to clean the product.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the product.
Do not use household cleaning products.
It is not resistant to frost.

Usage Recommendations:
Sharp objects should be avoided because they may damage the surface of the product. The product should not be exposed to excessively high temperatures and sunlight for long periods of time.
High humidity levels can cause the product to absorb moisture and become soft and brittle.
When exposed to extreme heat or cold, the product may expand or contract excessively, which may cause breakage or damage. Outdoor Use:
When using the products outdoors, it is strongly recommended to cover them with a waterproof cover or store them in a closed area during the winter season.
