Made in Italy: Designer ～ Anna Castelli Ferrieri

Italian architect and industrial designer Anna Castelli Ferrieri is known for her pioneering influence in the use of plastic as a design material and for founding the Italian contemporary furniture company Kartell. Made up of modular pieces, Componibili was designed to meet different needs and to suit every room of the home. The design solution behind the Componibili system is the stacking of individual sturdy pieces that form practical storage units simply by slotting together. Flexible, functional, practical and unaffected by water, Componibili, born in 1967, is a timeless furniture classic. It is ideal for use in both indoor and outdoor conditions.
